Event Details

The fall equinox offers a time to turn within and ground before the onset of winter. Join us as we celebrate the equinox and welcome a new season by flowing through 108 sun salutations on Tuesday evening. This warming and awakening meditative movement practice will invigorate the mind, body, and spirit.

This practice is open to all levels and can be modified to fit your personal practice. We break the salutations down into sets with counterposes in between. You can do 1 sun salutation, 108 sun salutations, or any number in between. All are welcome! Each participant will receive a 108 sticker following class.

Drop-in for $15, or use a class pass or membership to attend.

Pre-registration on our website or the Mindbody app is strongly encouraged. Space is limited.
