This is a FREE, no-commitment morning of exploring the shop floor, getting hands-on experience making a part (a yo-yo in this case) and an open Q&A session with Lunch provided. New Machinist Training
Once someone demonstrates interest in our industry, we will support them in their education. We have significant in-house training complemented by local training partners to advance our employees, paired with aggressive step-rate pay increases that accelerate pay with advancement.
We also have direct hire, internships, and co-ops immediately available accepting applications. We know that life changes, priorities shift, and new chapters open, so we have rolled out new work schedule options that might fit people where they are right now.
